The Landlord & Tenant Board is part of the Social Benefits Tribunal.  It is here where both the Landlord and the Tenant come to have disputes settled if they are unable to do so themselves.  Issues such as unpaid rent, maintenance and repair issues are heard at the Landlord & Tenant Board.
